What happens after the 7-day trial?
You drop to the free tier, which is 3 quotes lifetime. Quote 4 onwards is rejected at the database level until you upgrade — atomic enforcement, not a bannered guilt-trip. Your trial quotes stay; nothing's deleted or held hostage. Upgrade lifts the cap instantly via Stripe webhook.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Stripe-managed billing portal handles upgrade, downgrade, and cancel from Settings → Billing. No retention queue, no phone call. Two clicks and it's done.
Are quotes branded with my logo on the free plan?
On Free, the PDF carries a small Karven stamp at the bottom. From Solo onwards it's your logo, your contact details, your terms, your quote prefix (TF-2026-001 by default; rename to RILEY-001 if you want). Customers never see our brand.
How do I take leads from my own website (Crew/Pro)?
Two options. Option A: link to your public request page at /request/<your-handle> from your nav or Insta bio — customers fill in the form on a Karven-hosted page. Option B (Crew/Pro): paste a 2-line script tag onto your own site. We mint you a key from Settings → Embed widget, you paste `<script src="https://karven.com.au/embed.js" data-key="ek_xxx" data-trade="decking" async></script>` anywhere HTML goes (Wix, Squarespace, custom — works everywhere), and the form renders inline on your page. Submissions land as draft quotes in your dashboard with the scope pre-filled, an email notification fires, and the lead.created webhook hits any Zapier / GHL automation you've wired.
