Do I need to sign up to use a template?

What should every quote include?
Your business name, ABN and licence number, the customer and job address, a clear scope of work, each line with a price, GST, the total, how long the price is valid, the deposit and your payment terms. The how to write a quote guide walks through each one.
Is a quote the same as an estimate?
No. A quote is a firm price for the work described; once the customer accepts it, it's generally binding. An estimate is your best guess and can change. Use a quote when you know the job.
Can I make quotes on my phone instead?
