  • Hidden problems found once work starts, such as corroded pipes, will be quoted in writing before we go ahead.
  • Old fixtures and units are removed and disposed of unless you ask to keep them.
  • A deposit is due on acceptance. The balance is due on completion.

  • Should my quote show prices including GST?

    If you're registered for GST, show the total including GST. Australian consumer law expects consumers to see a single total price, and the ATO's tax invoice rules apply when the job is invoiced. If you're not registered, don't add GST at all.

  • What terms suit a plumbing & gas quote?
