    Yes. No email, no sign-up. Type on the page, then print it or save it as a PDF from your browser's print screen.

  • Should my quote show prices including GST?

    If you're registered for GST, show the total including GST. Australian consumer law expects consumers to see a single total price, and the ATO's tax invoice rules apply when the job is invoiced. If you're not registered, don't add GST at all.

  • What terms suit a painting quote?

    This template starts with these: This quote is valid for 30 days. Price includes the number of coats and paint listed. Repairs beyond normal filling and sanding will be quoted before we do them. Change them to suit how you work.

  • How long should a quote be valid for?

    Most tradies use 14 to 30 days, because material prices move. Put the date on the quote so there's no argument later.
