Licence verification
QLD licences are auto-verified against the QBCC register. For NSW (Fair Trading) and VIC (VBA), one click takes you straight to the official register to check your licence number. Keep the badge on your portal current before a customer asks.
Insurance tracking
Public liability, workers' comp, professional indemnity, contract works. Upload the certificate PDF: Karven extracts expiry, insurer, policy number, and stores them with the file. The portal shows the customer 'verified to <date>'.
30 / 14 / 7-day reminders
Three reminders on a stepped cadence. The 7-day one is a 'this is becoming urgent' SMS, not another email. Subbies on your roster get the same treatment so you don't accidentally roll them out uncovered.
Versioned cert files
Renew a policy: upload the new PDF, the old one moves to history, the new one is now the live cert on your portal. Audit trail of every change with timestamps.
Site-induction packs
