§01 / What you get

Day-of-completion ask
Automation fires the review request when the job is marked complete, not three weeks later when the customer can't remember your name. SMS or email, your choice, with the customer's first name in the opener.
Karven internal reviews
5-star + comment lands on your /p/<handle> profile. Verified-customer badge (the review is tied to an accepted quote, not anonymous). Feeds into your local search markup so Google sees the overall rating.
Smart Google push
Customers who rate 5 stars internally get a one-tap follow-up: 'Mind leaving the same review on Google?' Pre-filled, link straight to your Google Business Profile. Conversion to Google review is real and high.
Conditional gating done right
We don't hide bad reviews. The ACCC has been clear that gating low ratings out of public view is misleading. What we do: low ratings route to a private feedback flow first, then publish if the customer still wants to, with right-of-reply.
Moderation queue
Every public review has a 24-hour soft hold. You can reply, flag a defamatory claim, or contest a clearly fake review before it goes live. Trust without becoming a manual job.
Right of reply
Customer leaves a fair complaint? Reply publicly. Karven shows your response inline with the review on the portal and in your Google listing where Google supports it.
